Day 1 : Toulouse
> Morning : walk around the heart of the historical centre of Toulouse, Midi-Pyrénées' appealing capital. The highlight is the magnificent Basilica of Saint Sernin, the largest Romanesque basilica in the West.
> Afternoon : tour of the Jean-Luc Lagardère Airbus site. It's here, just 25 minutes from the centre of Toulouse, near Toulouse-Blagnac airport, that the A380, the largest aeroplane of all time, is built.

Day 2 : Albi
> Morning : departure for Albi

Explore the historical centre of Albi on foot. The Cité Épiscopale is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The highlight is the impressive Cathedral of Sainte Cécile, the largest brick cathedral in the world.
> Afternoon : visit the Musée Toulouse-Lautrec, which contains the world's largest public collection of works by the artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
> Overnight in Albi
Day 3 : Roquefort and Millau
> Morning : departure for Roquefort.

In Roquefort : tour the cellars where one of France's most famous cheeses is made. Roquefort AOC is matured in galleries that go deeper underground than any others.
> Late morning : departure for Millau and the viaduct.

You climb up to the Millau Viaduct viewing area, a belvedere from where you can appreciate the full splendour of the highest and longest cable-stayed bridge in the world (270 m high and 2.4 km long). The is a restaurant there and a visitor centre for Aveyron and the Great Tourist Sites in Midi-Pyrénées.
> Afternoon : the Causse du Larzac, above Millau, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011. Here, you'll find the greatest concentration of cities of the Knights Templar in Europe. You have to see at least Sainte Eulalie de Cernon, La Couvertoirade and La Cavalerie.
> Overnight in Millau.

Day 4 : Millau to Toulouse (Aveyron and Haute-Garonne)
> Morning : a short stroll around the historical centre of Millau and a trip to the Manufacture Causse Gantier, the flagship establishment of Millau's revived glove-making industry.
> Afternoon : departure for Toulouse

> On the way : take a short detour to visit the stunning Cistercian Sylvanès Abbey, an important centre for religious music (28km return trip from Moulin Neuf on the D999).
